I am in shock. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Truist branch. I went in to exchange $300 cash for change and clearly wrote the exact denominations I needed on the envelope. The teller, TIFFANY, gave me the money and I left, but quickly realized she had only given me $100 worth of change, not $300. I immediately returned and explained the issue.
