Well I am so very disappointed they're not open on saturday's anymore
This branch and I got off to a rough start but after voicing my concerns they made a strong effort to make things right with me. I am pleased with their responsiveness.
I have been with this bank most of my life. BBT is the newest owner -- after several preceding banks. Although I was skeptical, BBT has done a good job of transitioning & taking care of all existing customers. Matt, one of the bank managers does a great job & works very well with his co-workers. He & Nick have done a great job setting up several of my employees with accounts.
