If it was possible, I'd give zero stars. I opened a BB&T account about a year and a half ago. Not only is this branch understaffed, but by all appearances the few who are there don't know their jobs. There were two cars in the drive-thru and two people in front of me waiting in line inside. After 20 minutes I decided to leave, and this is the second time I've done so. Great fast and friendly service! Even with the headache of the merge this particular location doesn’t seem as affected as the other locations! Way to go team!
Very poor customer service at this branch.
They will change terms on your accounts without any notification. They are very rude on the phone. As soon as they started merging with Suntrust I knew there would be a problem.
