Well, I'm unsure as to whether this is the branch that I was at today. However, I was attempting to withdraw the last $15 out of my AZ bank account with my debt card and was referred to Truist. When the ATM wanted to charge me $3.50 to do so, I went into the branch. There, I spoke with Mrs. Nell. She was extremely patient, worked with me for at least 10 minutes to figure out how to get me the funds without a fee, and successfully accomplished just that! Nice Truist location, made a withdrawal. Patti was very helpful and friendly. Line moved quickly, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great job guys!
You've only three people working behind the counter, one is running the drive in windows, one is counting up receipts from some business like the DMV with a used car salesman, and one other who can't help anybody because the computer at HER station doesn't work.......she can't move to another station and help someone?...
