Regarding the merger of BBT & Suntrust: We have found previously BB&T (same location since consolidation) employees helpful and polite, much more so than the previous Suntrust location. ATM challenging - needs to be readjusted to prevent door dings. My main complaint is the new TRUIST web-site. The formatting is awful. Ridiculously large fonts that take up 1/4 of screen space, massive, empty void white spaces with the ability to only see a handful of transactions at a time and make it a daily frustration to find out what you... read more
Always a happy smile and a welcoming hello. The team there is terrific. I love working with this crew of professionals. Last time i was there they had cup cakes and bottled water for their clients. That's a nice touch.
