This bank is okay, but it clearly needs improvement, especially considering how busy it is. An additional teller is needed. Since there is a drive-through, there should be a dedicated employee handling only the drive-through window. The staff appears understaffed. The tellers look stressed, trying to handle multiple responsibilities at once, while customer lines continue to grow. This does not reflect a professional banking experience. Hiring additional staff would greatly improve efficiency and customer service.
I had gone in to open an account today, as well as handle some things with my fiance'. The banker that assisted us today was Mrs. Leila E. she was very polite, professional and went far above my expectations for service. Also, a very hard working individual, despite her servicing multiple people during my visit due to volume, she accomplished our needs in a very timely manner and did not miss a beat helping us or any of the other Truist clients!! Yesterday I went to deposit money in my checking account through the drive thru, and the money went into someone else’s account. Need to be aware of who’s account they are depositing into especially when I gave the guy my ID.
Walked in. Was immediately greeted. Got signature notorized. Walked out.
I had immediate service help with a banker who was polite and kind named Elliot Motaleb. Would reccomend!
