Yesterday I went to deposit money in my checking account through the drive thru, and the money went into someone else’s account. Need to be aware of who’s account they are depositing into especially when I gave the guy my ID.
Walked in. Was immediately greeted. Got signature notorized. Walked out.
I had immediate service help with a banker who was polite and kind named Elliot Motaleb. Would reccomend!
Truist as a whole is a terrible bank with several illogical practices and policies that don’t exist at other banks. At this branch specifically I spoke with the manager Elliott who was exceptionally rude, incompetent, and just unwilling to even help with an account issue.
