Absolute worst bank I have ever had! Literally opened my account and within a week they locked my account and flagged my account for fraud because I mobile deposited a cashiers check from my federal credit union. They told me they don’t except cashiers checks and flagged it as fraud. I then contacted my credit union to inform them of the situation and the said that the check was cleared. Lack of Customer Service help! "NEED to Make An Appt. & Go back!" - I don't think So!!
I have no idea why it takes 20 minutes every single time, just to make a simple deposit. Get it together.
Perhaps the worst excuse for a community bank I have ever experienced. My business ( a nonprofit 501 c 3 ) had several bad experiences with the lack of follow up and complete disregard for a long term customer in good standing and doing good work in the community. I will be pulling all business and personal accounts next business quarter.
