The ATM took my $1000 cash deposit on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. It is May 20, 2026 and all I have is a bunch of lies and empty apologies. I did not give them a loan. I deposited the cash needing access to it immediately and nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. You should choose a bank that doesn't steal your money.
Understaffed & slow not a good place to deposit & go also a ton of people I know have had their accounts hacked
ATM has beem broken or offline every other weekend for months. Don't waste your time. Recommend getting another bank as this one charges you fees to use other ATMs. Do better, Truist! Update 2 months later. Tried again at their ATM. And...not working again. Thats makes 50% operation status for me in 2026.
The Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a bank. Every employee looks like they work at the DMV . No one is helpful. All I was trying to do to do was get a daycare form notarized. After 3 visits in 2 days , they admitted there was no notary there. Referred me to drive 20 minutes to another branch. With gas at record highs , no thanks . I’ll just switch banks .
