This place has a low google rating for a reason; govern yourself accordingly.
Since the banks have merged, I use the bank on Narcoossee 192. Still cannot make a deposit here, thru the atm. Long drive for nothing.
Horrible service. Massive waits for simple banking task.
I have been coming to this bank for the past 3 year, no issues. Lately the Associates they have working for them, they lack training and customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If you are going to ask to move from the line to serve another customer, may be try to start with( Can you please) not (Now I have to ask you to go and park somewhere and we will let you know when its ready) it's not the matter of saying but how you are saying it. Very rude and no apology what so ever. Last time I check am a customer too.... read more
