Customer service is terrible rude management and tellers i am closing my account asap never again bbt
Absolutely horrible experience with the staff. They forget whose money it is, and how they are there to be helpful. And what is worse, I was lied to as excuse not to meet my reasonable request with proper identification. Too many phony, contrived, nonsensical "security issues" and then nobody there to help restore your card on weekends. The new Truist regime is simply not working, I'm out.
Wanna deal with a bank that plays around with YOUR money... look no further. Make sure you deal with Thomas and his truly professional members only jacket!
