This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. You sit on hold forever, get transferred and sit on hold again. I have been trying to get a payoff letter for a loan since August! They said they sent the first one and it was never received... three attempts later, I get sent a letter and they forgot to put the loan number in! Whoever is in the loan / payoff department is clearly an idiot. They won't process anything before 15 days which is ridiculous.
