Yea goodluck speaking to an agent over the phone. I'm much closer to blowing my brains out than speaking to a human. Terrible
Horrible customer service. Would not take a deposit of wrapped coin because they said they had too much. Would not allow me access to my safe deposit box on Saturday even when the branch is open. Complained to there corporate headquarters and did not even get a phone call. Got an email which basically said too bad.
Did not have a good experience at this branch.
