Update: I got my paper notarized at UPS right after coming here with no issues. I needed to get a paper notarized in order to change my name. I was planning on going to the other loaction since the Clerk did mine right away but she was not there today. So I had to come here. I had multiple of identifications to proof that its my name. And my birth certificate translated from other language since I was not born here. And other places took it with no issue. But a lady name Kam did not and the other lady had some attitude. We have been banking with Suntrust for many years both for our businesses and personal accounts. I'm going to tell you right now, Altavia is the reason we have been with Suntrust so long. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. All I can say is after the merger, she should be running that branch. You kept a lot of loyal clients during this process because of her. Going to leave it at that.
