I went in to get a secured credit card I was beyond specific in saying this Matthew J. Kling illegally ran my social for an unsecured card knowing I told him not to do so several times. I’d life millions have to file bankruptcy due to COVID19 loss of business. I’m trying to get back in track and because he done so I am not able now to go through BB&T to get a secured card and was denied for that too onky because he ran my credit for a different kind of card then had me sign information but he said that was only to assure I w... read more
Got word this branch was closing and I have to say that I am very disappointed. Matt King has been top notch on handling matters for my personal banking and for by business' needs. Hoping Matt stays on and we can work together from another, albeit less convenient, location.

Love this BB&T branch. Thankful they still have their drive-thru teller (speak to a human) open! They are so nice and professional at this branch not like Bank of America 2 doors down the road (complete opposite, no drive-thru with teller, and horrible cust serv.
