Since COVID has started they keep the door locked and won’t let you come into the branch, then when you use the ATM to try to talk to the teller to explain what you want (like change back in 5s) they do not acknowledge the “call teller button” and just send you back the tube. I hate that my HOA uses this bank and I am going to try to get them to switch. Branches are already in danger of being replaced completely by online banking and this branch seems determined to provided their uselessness.
Terrible co. I had 2 fraudulent charges. And they charged me for them. A bad bank no Coustomer loyalty at all. I’m specifically talking about the beach Blvd location but I’m sure there all the sans. Bad bad bank to do buiseness with
they do great job customer service thank you very much
DO NOT USE their ATM if you have another bank's card. The ATM takes the money from your account but will say "Unable to Process Transaction". The branch manager was not empathetic simply because I wasn't a client of BBT.
