When you pull in the the drive thru the tellers don’t even acknowledge you! They say nothing. And they take forever l! Do better.
I only go to drive through at this branch. Service is always on point.
Great place to banking, personal are friendly and efficient
I had an appointment to open a savings account with my daughter. We arrived 10 minutes early and sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes past our appointment time for a total of 25 minutes. No one even acknowledged us being there. An employee (I'm pretty sure the one I had the appointment with) walked within feet of us three times and never spoke to us.
