Terrible customer service experience. The little blonde teller who assisted me provided incorrect information and seemed completely confused about matters she should have understood. She carried on a conversation with another customer while I was actively trying to speak with her, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. The lack of knowledge, focus, and basic customer service was frustrating and unacceptable. This experience left me with very little confidence in this branch.
In general, I do not write reviews for banks; however, I believe that my experience at this bank warrants sharing with everyone. I have always had a pleasant experience with the Truist Financial Corporation; therefore, I was very surprised by my experience at this location. This location actually has very nice people that work there. Truist as a whole though cannot be trusted with your money. Which is the reason you use a bank to keep your money safe. In the case of fraud from your account they will make you jump through hoops. They allowed close to $1000 to be stolen from me. Approved my complaint put the money back and a month later accidentally sent a letter taking back the approval and saying they are debiting the money from my account on a certain day. If I could I would give this bank 0 starts! Worst bank I have Ever dealt with! First their system gets hacked and my bank card number gets stolen and used from Arizona/Nevada area and then their system duplicates the fraud transaction to make it 8 fraud transactions instead of the original 4. When I go to report it they refunded all 8 transactions..We good Right?… No! They end up and pull $225 out of my account saying I made those transactions.
