Very friendly service, until I received info on an overdraft and was talking to a consultant. She informed me that due to it being a scheduled internet payment, it would pull money from the account despite there not being enough to cover the charge. She also asked me, "Why did you use the card if you knew there was just a dollar on it?" in a tome that was far for genuine and helpful, and as I was going to ask more questions, she said, "OK. Bye."
