I've been a client of this bank for over 10yrs. I've felt uncomfortable when discussing account balances. The judgmental attitude was obvious compared to times when our account balance was higher. I had closed an account to transfer to another new account. I was told the transfer was final and when it would clear. I later checked the balance online and saw only HALF had cleared. I have banked with them for slightly over three years and have always been treated very warmly and professionally by the staff. I got a home loan thru BB&T last year and the experience was exceptional. the people I have done business with, those at the branch and those in the various departments with the home loan, have given me awesome help and respect. I'm glad they are my bank.
