BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE BANK PRACTICES! Their website is designed to hide scheduled payments for auto loans. If you're unsure of whether or not you've scheduled one, it will appear you haven't. So you schedule a second. Then if you can't afford to make 2 payments in one week - they charge you $25 for insufficient funds. Customer service is aware of this, but has no authority to waive this fee. Nor do their managers, or anyone in the branches.
