I have been banking with BB&T now Truist for years and I have had the most wonderful relationship with everyone. Always helpful, friendly and have always offered the best programs available in the branch. I switched the financing of my car with them and saved a lot of money.
Horrible service. They can't even process a simple deposit into a checking account without messing up.
Worse costumer service and lack of training I opened a business account, and they never explained to me some important stuff and not because I didn’t ask, because they just didn’t knew when you call costumer service they send you to call the branch, and you end up going back and forward but not solutions, my best advice, don’t go there, i went and I’m leaving in less than a month.
