Don’t ever go to this bank!!! Andre Regis was a woman who helped me with refinancing my vehicle and NEVER stated that my GAP insurance would be cancelled due to this. I asked her if everything would stay the same and she said it would. Surelyenough, it DID NOT. These people are not here to help you. Every time I put any check in this bank they hold it for at least seven days. I am currently waiting on elevenhundred dollars. It has been eleven days. I never have access to my money!! Last night the atm machine to take out 80 bucks and never got it. I go in this morning and the manager tells me it's my responsibility to now file a claim and wait!!!!!!! I am afraid to put my money in my account here!!!!!!! My fiance has the same problems!!!!!!
I write my daughter a check each month for the same amount. For some reason they hold it for almost 2 weeks. You would think after a year that they would realize my check was good. I do not get interest for that 2 week period and neither does my daughter. I suppose BB&T gets it???
