Exceptional customer service!
I had been with BB&T on and off since 1989 then my son and I had a direct deposit check that stopped on his 19th birthday. they started charging me $10 a month because my DD was gone and 2 months later I was going to just cut them off it went up to $12. My husband saw this on my computer and got slightly angry with me which I deserved so I do not bank with BB&T now.
