I bank with multiple banks; BB&T is by far the easiest, most helpful, with the best customer service of any Bank in the Triad! Covid has made things more difficult for everyone but BB&T / Truist is working through it like all other businesses. Battleground is the best branch!
I'd rather go to the DMV than deal with BB&T anymore. After dealing with them again today I plan on moving all of my accounts. They have gone so far down hill with all of these mergers.
This bank used to be good but that’s not the case anymore. They have been closed for almost a year to inside business and you have to use the drive through. The line today was so long I couldn’t even get into the parking lot. Most other banks are open for inside business. The reason they are not open for inside business is because of people wearing mask.
