Excessively long wait times, and wouldn't serve me after I waited in line, which I got in before they closed.
Worst bank period..sad
Went there today to make a payment. Waited in line for the drive-up window for over 10 minutes despite being second in line. Employee finally came to the window after another 5 minutes, pushed out the tray into which I place my payment slip and cash. He proceeds to ask how he can help me. I told him I was making a payment. He asked if I was with Suntrust or BBT. I said Truist...it's on the payment slip. He goes away to process transactions for customers in the other lanes then comes back after about another 5 minutes.
