Other than Valerie, this branch is terrible. How are you gonna be the main branch and the worst branch at the same time? They never have more than one teller, always a long line. I needed to make a deposit and get change. The teller told me she didn’t have any change. This is a bank. How do you not have change? I’m switching my account over to TD ASAP.
Adriana still works here. See past review. Not only does this say that Truist tolerates this racist rhetoric, they directly support it. I’m repulsed and disgusted and will not be back.
We got there at 4:30 to open a new bank account for my son and they didn’t want to do it because they said they close at 5:00, on top of that Adriana said you are probably undocumented illegals with a sarcastic smile on her face in front of everyone just because we are Hispanics which we are not but she assumed it because I said we will use an ITIN number.
