We are FT travelers. We needed bank documents and had no appt for the lobby today. However, the VP Stephen Kerr came outside and received our documents. I spent 40 yrs in management and thus was impressed by Steve's friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend this bank branch.
My experience with this bank was down right wrong and shameful for there unprofessional work ethic behind there Prejudice action throweds me. Employees and bank manger was every unprofessional and they need to be corrected on all level so this won’t happen to another citizen of this community white black or Asian or any other ethic in life.
