It was day one that I had just gotten into Pensacola after driving for 10 hours in a uhaul truck, and had to stop by bbt at this location, which I was horrified at the bank tellers here! Never have I experienced such in your face rudeness. I saw a banker behind the counter, (whom I later found out, was Amanda), she did not look up, nor did she or anyone greeted me. Like others if I could give this location 0 stars, I would. This branch ensured I’ll never walk into another BB&T. Beware of Amanda the banker as well. She will bully you, lie to you and try to force you into business with BB&T. Don't bother wasting your time or energy on this location.
I don’t bank with this institution nor have I ever heard of this banking institution before until they seriously tried me. They hindered me from buying a house because they tried saying that I owed a couple of loans of $30,000. I don’t have loans with them at all. When I confronted them, they said that it was their mistake because the owner of said loans has the exact same name as me. BB&T is seriously unprofessional if they only check names and not social security or birthdates. If I could give zero stars, I would.
