Maria Rosa is the best! I’ve never had such a great banker than Maria. She’s very understanding and helpful with my needs and questions. She speaks both English and Spanish so that’s a plus! She’s quick to respond back to my voicemails and so far, I would rather do any of my banking needs through her and her only. I have banked with Suntrust for YEARS (over 10+). I have always been treated very by the girls working the drive thru Helpful and very friendly I see the bitching on these reviews and maybe they should take step back and realize that these people there helping people and sometimes things take a while to complete
Atm doesnt cash??? Staff are nice
I used the ATM. And I waited inside for my friend to see a teller to cash a check. The ATM was a bit pricey. I don't bank at truist so I was charged 3.99 to use that ATM. I found it was a bit much. I usually pay 2.99 ATM fee. The inside was clean and quiet. Very nice for a bank. There was no line and my friend was finished very fast. The teller was friendly and helpful and she completed the check cashing process in a very timely manner.
