Aweful. I signed up with Truist for customer service and was mistaken. I went to a branch to get a payoff letter. Apparently, the only person able to do this is the General Manager, who was not working.... The tellers at Suncoast Credit Union can print payoff letters. This is not customer service. I tried calling to get a payoff. Letter and that was even worse. Had to verify exact dollar amount of the loan when I took it out. I had to verify the exact dollar amount and date of my last payment. Very fast and efficient, I was with an old lady and she was the nicest person ever. This place doesnt deserve bad reviews, and if so. it’s not their fault, it’s either policy rules or something else but certainly not the people. They don’t answer the phone fast because it doesn’t ring for them but it’s best to call around 1-2pm. Im coming more often this will be my local bank spot

Maria Rosa is the best! I’ve never had such a great banker than Maria. She’s very understanding and helpful with my needs and questions. She speaks both English and Spanish so that’s a plus! She’s quick to respond back to my voicemails and so far, I would rather do any of my banking needs through her and her only. I have banked with Suntrust for YEARS (over 10+).
