Best Truist branch out there! From David, the incredible branch Manager to all of the wonderful staff, they always greet me like I'm a member of thier family! I had some issues with the Plant City branch so started going out of my way to this wonderful place! David and the staff truly care about their customers, you will feel it the moment you walk in the door! They are so nice that I am considering transferring my personal accounts to Truist!

Aweful. I signed up with Truist for customer service and was mistaken. I went to a branch to get a payoff letter. Apparently, the only person able to do this is the General Manager, who was not working.... The tellers at Suncoast Credit Union can print payoff letters. This is not customer service. I tried calling to get a payoff. Letter and that was even worse. Had to verify exact dollar amount of the loan when I took it out. I had to verify the exact dollar amount and date of my last payment.
