This branch is beyond awful. If no customers are in line or inside, it will still take you 15 mins. The staff is unfriendly and mostly rude. They won’t cash checks unless they’re bbt checks. Their fees are absurd. Don’t waste your time or money there.
Horrible customer service
This has to be the SLOWEST bank I have EVER been to in my entire LIFE. Just to make simple deposits I end up waiting almost 30 minutes WHEN I'M THE ONLY ONE IN LINE. There is no excuse for how slow this bank is.... RIDICULOUS!
