Professional service and staff.
I came in at 10:39 and left at 11:19, sat there for 40 minutes and left, because as usual their was only 2 people working in the offices and the rest are empty will end up making customers wait quite a long period of time to get helped. This is the reason I'm leaving BB&T and just sticking with Bank of America, never had to wait more then 10 minutes.
I always have a good experience at this branch. Today, Kelly was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. Was very knowledgeable and thorough.
