Services by appointment only is a lie. We had an appointment to sign our loan here at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. The appointment was made by the bank, not by us. We showed up and the bank staff member told us we were in the wrong location. We went back to our vehicle and checked our appointment and we were indeed in the correct location and time.
