I keep calling the St. Mary's location during business hours and they are not answering and there is no voicemail. Called at 3:30 p.m. today. They withdrew money from my business account without informing me, closed my debit cards without informing me or sending new ones, and have utterly messed up all my business accounts. Worst bank ever. Though they apologize profusely for all their mistakes, it has cost me time and money to fix all their errors.
This branch has a very kind & professional team. There have been several instances that have been inconvenient with change orders, but they have been more than helpful and exceeded guest service in every manner. Thank you

Love the atmosphere here the workers are very friendly made me feel important & took care of all my needs & they have an awesome plan to start a savings for my 15 yrs old teens Thank you to my bank downtown San Antonio Tx
