Monday afternoon June 8, 2026 mid afternoon. I look them up on Google as I’m passing through San Antonio. This Truist has the highest reviews and that’s why I picked it. I can see why too. Abi Alvarado was very helpful and kind. She helped move money from one account to another cause my mobile app wasn’t working and also withdrew some cash as I’m on a road trip and wanted some emergency funds. She was very helpful with me today.

Horrible customer service
Just moved to town and saw a great promotion here. But what bank is only open until 5pm and closed on Saturdays? I guess I'll be opening an account somewhere else.
