They charged me 8$ to cash a check that was *drawn off of their bank** & then did not give me a receipt!! How do they get by with taking money for no expense to them but not having paperwork for it?? Do I just shrug when the IRS asks for an expense receipt for this?? This would be considered fraud if my business was audited for it!
We are new to the area and wanted a bank with which we could develop a personal relationship. I want the people who I work with to recognize me and provide service with a personal touch. I want people, not adding machines. BB&T came recommended to us by friends and I think it will work out well.
