They are incapable of of providing accurate information to potential customers. They tell customers to travel out of their way and when arriving the bank is covered in bird feces. The associate said you need $50 to open an account when the downtown associate stated $25. She was too busy to actually assist and due to the ignorance will never recieve my business and I will NOT recommend them ever. Clean your disgusting building... it is unsanitary.
Customer service is slow and rude. Employees will sit and have comversations with customers, leaving other customers waiting for minutes.
