BB and T has inconvenienced me with this merger and Truist. Too many BB and T branches closing. Not enough local Suntrust branches handle BB and T customers. Time to find another bank
Long waits and lots of mistakes. Very disorganized and a lack of customer service. The two ladies I had an encounter with weren’t friendly or apologized for their mistakes. There is enough staff to avoid these types of issues.
Ms. Simmerman is a rude and condescending teller. Will not stop in this branch again. Blatantly lied to me and wasted my time.
