The slowest bank ever!!!!!!!!! Hire some help!!!!!
Hey everyone, Please do yourself a favor and avoid this BB&T branch in Wilmington. The employees are extremely rude and ill-informed of BB&T policy. The women who work the front teller desk act like a hoard of hillbillies and like to "oorah" one another whenever a customer needs a little more attention than usual. If you don't have your deposit slip filled out - BE PREPARED for a barrage of mean looks because you just forced them to do their JOB...OH NO! The employees come off as lazy and pompous. Great service inside the bank .. Never had an issue with the bank tellers .. Now the drive thru is a different story
Tellers can be NICE & RUDE(I’ve experienced both). Also this branch is literally slower than MOLASSES!! Avoid at all costs, especially on Friday afternoon when apparently they only have 1 teller scheduled on LABOR DAY weekend!!!
Staff is rude and ill informed on BB&T policy. I have to go to another location where people actually know what they are doing.
