The ATM never works here EVER!!! Incredibly frustrating as this is the only BB&T on this side of town. And the drive-thru wait time is insanely long. I am so frustrated with this particular branch location. It’s the worst one in town.
35 minutes in drive through, with ONE car in front of me. Horrible
30 minutes in line for drive thru this morning to cash a check. And I was the 2nd car in my lane.
Greg is an exceptional member of the rest of the fantastic team at this location! Highly recommend this bank and this location in particular!
