Good bank. The bank staff is friendly and ready to help in any way they can. I had a good experience when it was Susquehanna and now that is BB&T.
Asked to cancel my bank account and they wanted me to physically drive up there after mailing my form. I went there and talked to someone named Nicole. She said she would cancel my account, however it is January 28 and my account is still not CLOSED. Poor customer service and i am highly disappointed in the lack of productiveness of a bank. This is such a small task.
I've had a wonderful experience here both as Susquehanna and BB&T using them for both business and personal accounts. I trust them. Both Jennifers, Ana and Daniela treat you like family and it feels like they really care. Jen Lieberum is a knowledgeable banker who can help you with pretty much everything you need.
