Dont bother!!! Better off at author state bank. Not helpful at all. Tried to make a payment online and got declined multiple times at any amount when I had clearly enough. After going through 3 people and a voice-mail. I simply asked for any suggestions as to why and instead of sending me to a banker who could access my account to check all forms were correct, they simply said I don't know even after I asked for suggestions on how they could help. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location of BB&T to save yourself a headache. I’d give this location 0 if I could. The blonde woman at the drive through is always giving a hard time for something that should take 2 minutes total to complete.
