THIS IS A BANK MHHHHHMMMM
Other than it being in a little grocery store, the bank itself doesn't do a bad job. The staff is friendly and is usually able to fix my issues on the spot. Regarding the comment below, it is false. They do have extra fees but nothing out of the ordinary. They have the typical overdraft, new card replacement, etc.. I have banked with them for years when I used to live in FL. I am glad they are up here now and expanding.

This bank is awful!!! The took over the bank I had been dealing with for years. They kept most of the same staff so they were great but BB&T is nothing but a joke!! They never do anything they say they are like send you account numbers so you know what account is what, they sent us a debit card that had a fraud alert on it before ever activating it, then wanna charge you for everything!!! Very very bad business! I would NOT recommend this bank to my worst enemy!!!!
