The slowest drive through experience. 20 minutes to take out cash… I finally just drove off. It’s faster to get cash back at a grocery store. This was my final straw with them. BBT functions as if it’s still in the 1900’s. I’ll be switching banks.
I have been with BBT for years. I was in Pooler visiting my friend. I was to close on my house the following week. The mortgage company needed information. I went to this bank to get that information. The lady was rude, stated the bank does not give copies. Tried to make me feel like she was doing me a favor, however, she used a black sharpie and marked out all the info they needed. She was short and rude. There was no reason for that.
