Scheduled an appointment to go on my lunch break in the lobby and take care of my account, things you cannot do in the drive up. Was refused at the door even though I had a confirmation email. Please fix this issue, I used the app to schedule the appointment. It's not my fault the branch didn't get notified. Was lucky the location at mall blvd was taking walk ins.
I found the people to be warm and efficient. BB&T has always impressed me with the simple way they do business. I have luekemia and almost didnt go in. I was feeling poorly. They took excellent care of me in a extremely timely fashion. BB&T is my bank. Loyalty and Service demands respect. Thank you
Y'all behind glass like is it really that serious but this how they treat the elderly..... I don't care if I can't come Inside the bank but the elderly should be allowed inside ...
At least there’s an ATM available here. This branch has consistently poor service.
