Went to the bank at US 17 and Glens Bay. Could not get waited on at drive up window. Went inside and waited, young man left his station. I never deposited a check.
Not happy with this bank since it changed from BB&T. This branch was supposed to take care of a new security process for us. We went in and gave the information that was requested way before the deadline. My wife goes to use her card the day after deadline and her card is rejected. We have been with this bank for 20 years. I am not happy at all with this branch or how it has left me stranded on more than one occasion.
I found this branch to be friendly and professional. Although I found Truist the only one of my 5 other banks that charge an external fee to do a bank to external bank transfer, their many branch locations helps me as I travel the east coast. Jordan Day at this branch is very helpful
Cindy met us promptly and opened up two accounts for me. She was professional and friendly
Had an issue with my account and came in on my lunch break. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes, everything taken care of. This branch is great, especially Tonya. Thanks for helping me out today.
