Literally the worst banking experience I’ve ever had they lost my money and took a week plus to get it back to me. If you choose a bank go to Bank of America they are really nice and they make sure they do the right thing the first time. And the bad thing about the whole thing is the lady didn’t even make it right. I believe here name was Amanda.
It's 2018 and this dumb bank along with half the other BBTs still have envelope deposit only. Why every other bank in the world takes cash or check deposits but half of these including this one this day and age is beyond me. Huge waste of time driving here. I needed to deposit this cash now.. not Monday whenever someone gets around to opening the deposit envelope. Get with the times or I will take my personal and business accounts to a more main stream with the times bank.
