This branch is chronically understaffed, I hope the branch manager realizes what poor customer service this results in.
TRUIST NEVER SERVICES THE ATM. ALWAYS FULL WHICH IS A SECURITY ISSUE. If someone takes that atm over night it’s over. Why the hell is the atm always unavailable for cash deposits in the morning? When there’s people. ,shocker, who wake up early to use the ATM. I’ll be calling customer support or someone in the corporate. If you are thinking of opening an account DONT TRUIST IS SO SLOW. *GO TO BANK OF AMERICA*
