We just moved to Duffield from far off. I went to this branch of BB&T to open an account. The woman at the desk just inside the door is an absolute jerk. She accused me of not being a citizen because they wanted three forms of ID and an additional proof of address in Virginia to open an account. She said it was becauase of the Patriot Act...
