They have held my money for 10 days and I cant access it without a debit card which was supposed to be here 2 days ago. Customer service line is a joke. From another country.
I do not recommend opening your business account here if you deposit many checks a week, it will take a lifetime to clear no matter how old your account is.
I definitely do not recommend opening a business account with these people. I also wouldn't recommend Rosemary Carvajal as the person you talk to.
There is just banker that can trust That is Andy he will help.
BB&T had 5 star Over and above customer service! Truist .. not so much.
