Wonderful staff. Sorry that they will be closing this branch down. Have been with them almost 30 years.
This is a great professional Bank. I'd recommend it to anybody. Customer service is a little slow sometime.
Honestly, the best thing about this location is that it's convenient to my home. Outside of that, whoever manages this location seems to be rather incompetent. Hours on Google are entered incorrectly, the ATM lanes were marked as open when they were closed (my license and debit card got stuck in the bank because of it), and the tellers look absolutely worn out. If you can go to another "BB&T Now Truist" branch - do it. If not, be very careful to confirm that they're actually open.
