Got to the door on Saturday at 11:30 and they were closed already. Was not a holiday. Online hours say 12pm. Was very inconvenient for me. Nice Freindly staff though.
Hailey at the Fleetwood pa location was so sweet today to an elderly lady. She seemed to genuinely care how the lady was doing. We need more people in this world to actually care and show excellent custimer service like i observed Hailey doing this morning. Way to go Hailey. You never know whos watching and how you can set such a great example
Too many bank errors made to our account with resistance from the bank to fix them. Fees are much higher then other local banks. There are not enough tellers to assist the customers so wait times are long. Managers are consistently unavailable.
Paid $34 for a stop payment on a automatic payment. A week later they took the automatic payment out anyway and did not refund my money. Very poor customer service
